Dell Adamo XPS Lid Opens By Rubbing Heat-Sensing Strip

Aside from being thinner than a MacBook Air, the Dell Adamo XPS also features a nifty heat-sensing strip, which must be rubbed before the laptop's lid will open. Continue reading for a video demonstration.

All I know is that rubbing that strip illuminates it and unlocks the aluminum lid. I also got to hold the system for a bit and it is really really sturdy.
