iTod MP3 Player for Infants

According to Times Online, Fisher-Price will be releasing an MP3 player designed specifically for infants this summer. The "iTod" comes preloaded with six songs and two "spoken-word" stories. Each package will also include headphones, software, and a USB connection cable. Expect to shell out $78 for one of these players.
From the article: "Toddlers unable to read will rely on icons to symbolise each song, such as a star for Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star."

Well.... I STILL don't own a MP3 player; BABIES are able to get them now? then again, maybe i'll be able to figure it out a little easier...

I'll be wating anxiously for this as I'm a lawyer and the class action suit for strangled babies will be huge. I'm also thinking of allowing infants to intern for me, they will receive a certificate upon completion called the "I-sued".

I am certainly waiting for the release - we should give 3 year-olds more credit - I will venture to say that most will not "choke" - they already browse internet sites for goodness sake. I plan on getting one for my almost 3 year-old Granddaughter as soon as they become available... Thanks Fisher-Price

I was excited about this for my 4 year old son. I know he is old enough to operate it. But, targeting younger children would be dangerous considering the wires.....that does scare me.
