Microsoft Releases "Monster" Zune Ad

Microsoft has released yet another strange Zune advertisement titled "Monster". Product page. What are your thoughts? Video after the jump.

Aren't monsters meant to be hideous? I think its a great ad. Irrelevant to the product. But captures the attention none the less.

Sadly I could make an ad that bad and I am not good at animation at all. Microsoft sucks...

I said it before, I'll say it again... good god. if I didn’t know it was for the zune going into this thread, i wouldn’t have guessed it was a commercial for a music player. and if i’d not heard of the zune before now, i’d have no clue what the hell it is. It's retarded 'wanna-be-viral-video" media like this that threatens to kill Real viral videos. But you can't kill viral videos, you can only dilute the market I guess... But I guess they really can't show people using the device, 'cause you either have an orgasm or you get your a** kicked (See zune software installation failure screen). F-minus and check-minus.

the ad was good OK I LIE IT WAS COMPLETE UTTER BULS**T it was a good bit of animation but boy that complettly does not advertise the zune i would nt know what the hell it was if i didnt already know its an mp3 i mean come on its not even in the ad microsoft failed and ipod pwns all
