You may have caught a glimpse of Odd-i’s tablet-style N700D at CeBIT 2006 — now we’ve got a bit more information. It boasts a 7-inch widescreen display, DMB tuner, FM tuner, an SD card slot, 2mW speaker, rear security camera (optional), and USB connectivity. The N700D goes on sale June 21st in Korea, no word yet on pricing.

The N700D will support MPEG1, MPEG4 SP, XVID and Divx 3.x/4.x/5.x at a maximum resolution of 720×480 pixels (max. 30 fps) and WMV7 (max resolution 320×240, 30fps) as well as WMV8/9 (320×240, 20fps) and SMI captioning
