Touch Rubik's Cube

The Touch Rubik's Cube puts a new twist on the classic puzzle game. It uses six different materials: metal, wood, textile, stone, rubber, and plastic, engaging users to use their senses. This also enables blind persons to enjoy the wonders of a Rubik's cube.

Great idea, but I'm not sure...Solving the Rubik's cube by itself is pretty pleasing, but when you bring in the textures.....it becomes MUCH more complicated, especially if you do it blindfolded. I guess its just a new twist on the game. In any case, it would be cool if I could get one...

Hey guys, I can solve all of the Rubik's cubes, and this would be a sweet addition to my collection! Hey, my record for the 3x3 is 55 seconds though, so who am I to say?

Where can we get one? I would love to give them as gifts to a few rubik's cube nerds i know who can solve the damn things in a minute or two.

there have been guys who can look at a cube for a minute or so and can solve it blindfolded. in theory, if someone described it to them well enough, they may be able to work out the sequences without ever seeing it. ++digg
