Here's a first look at Microsoft's upcoming IPTV service for the Xbox 360, which "will have instant channel change, multiple picture-in-picture, broadcast shows, video on demand, and DVR functionality—gotta use those 120GB for more than just trailers." Video after the jump. [via Gizmodo]

Truly next-gen. But im also wondering about the cost. And about the amount of commercials. And the amount of bandwidth needed: what if im watching a movie on Xbox 360 and downloading stuff on my PC? How much does this need?

I wonder if it will get as much Spyware and Viruses as XP! LOL J/K Love my Xbox, Hate Windows. Looks cool enought, but I'm stuck with Comcast in my condo, can't get DSL (old wires), so I guess if it goes via Telco's (At & T), I'm SOL anyway.. Always AppleTV!
