What both are missing is some actual gameplay, but that may require more than just Midjourney to make a reality. For example, software like GDevelop lets you make retro-looking games such as Super Mario, Metroid, Castlevania and more. Or, a developer familiar with the Unity Game Engine, as it has a 2D Tilemap system and Post Processing Stack.
