Acer Project DualPlay Laptop Controller Concept
The Acer Project DualPlay gaming laptop concept was unveiled today at the company’s next@acer global press conference in Berlin, Germany, and it has one feature you won’t find on any of its competitors. More specifically, it features a large touchpad that doubles as a built-in detachable wireless controller.

Simply place two fingers on the release button located on top of the keyboard to unlock the controller, and by doing so, it also triggers the two high-fidelity, 5-watt pop-out speakers to emerge from the sides of the laptop. Plus, the detachable controller can then be separated into two joysticks designed for head-to-head combat in games like Street Fighter 6. There’s no word yet on if we’ll ever see this concept become a reality.
