The projection surface consists of vertical layer of tiny water droplets that are sprayed from above and prevented from spreading by two layers of dry air, allowing the viewer to see a reflection of the image onto the water. The screen can be walked through without accumulating moisture on the skin or on the clothes, albeit with some perturbations to the image
