NAVER 1784, an AI research lab in France, has the world’s first and only Starbucks shop serviced by 100 robots. The dual-arm robot, called ‘Rookie’, helps drinks to meeting rooms and private seats during working hours.
NAVER actually opened the doors to their second headquarters building called ‘1784’ in April 2022. It’s touted as the world’s first robot-friendly high-rise office building and currently serves as a testbed for the future of work, human-robot interaction and technology convergence.
