An unidentified flying object seen falling from the sky in Anchorage, Alaska has left US Air Force pilots and personnel baffled. The footage captured by a bystander shows two plumes of black smoke trailing a mysterious object that apparently has a light guiding its way.
NASA has formed a new research team devoted to finding extraterrestrial life beyond Earth, and it’s officially called the “Center for Life Detection Science” (CLDS), and will be part of the agency’s Ames Research Center in Mountain View, California. “The search for life beyond Earth cannot be a one-size-fits-all approach… to give ourselves the best shot at success, we need to develop tools and strategies that are tailored to detecting life in the unique conditions of other worlds, which are very different not only from Earth but also from each other,” said Tori Hoehler, the principal investigator of CLDS and a researcher at Ames. Avi Loeb, chairman of Harvard University’s Astronomy Department and friend of late theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking, claims that the mysterious interstellar object Oumuamua is actually a spaceship sent be extraterrestrials, and it uses a solar sail for propulsion.
Astronomers from Harvard University have suggested that the mysterious cigar-shaped object, nicknamed ‘Oumuamua, meaning “a messenger that reaches out from the distant past” in Hawaiian, spotted tumbling through our solar system last year may have been an alien spacecraft sent to investigate Earth. “Oumuamua may be a fully operational probe sent intentionally to Earth vicinity by an alien civilization,” they wrote in the paper, which has been submitted to the Astrophysical Journal Letters. Javion Hill, 35, of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, managed to snap several photos of what appears to be a square UFO with glowing lights hovering in the night sky above the treeline. “I was on my way home with my wife on the speaker phone, and it looked like there was a tornado coming, so I was trying to take a picture of the clouds for my wife. But then I saw something that wasn’t normal and I was, like: ‘Oh my god, what is that?’ I started trying to take as many pictures of it as possible while I was driving,” said Hill. A number of mysterious boom have been reported in the US over the past 12-months, and to be more specific, there were 64 recorded incidents, with the majority heard on the east coast. Currently, researchers have no answer as to what is causing these sounds, but theories range from the Leonid shower meteorites exploding in the atmosphere to supersonic aircrafts. The most recent boom was heard over Alabama on November 14, and the noise shook houses as well as terrified locals. John Chen, a salesman from Taiwan, allegedly captured a doughnut-shaped UFO in the sky while photographing a lake in south-west China. This photo came from a series of shots he took of famous Lake Dian after attending a trade show in Yunnan Province. “It just has to be a UFO. It’s a strange doughnut shape in the sky. The strange thing is I didn’t see it at the time. It was my wife’s sister who spotted them. She said there was something in the pictures and I just thought she was joking,” said Chen. Another day, another supposed UFO / alien sighting, but this time things get a little weird. Simply put, an extraterrestrial being called Myziam ran out of fuel while passing Earth, a planet in which he named “0422”. This intelligent alien posted pictures of what 4Chan users requested of him, including particular coordinates someone, and that same person supposedly got a photo of the UFO itself while it happened.
