Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios today revealed a new Mortal Kombat 11 teaser trailer showcasing the final two guest characters to join the Kombat Pack roster, including the Terminator T-800 modeled after actor Arnold Schwarzenegger from “Terminator: Dark Fate,” alongside The Joker, one of DC’s most iconic supervillains. It’s official, we’re getting a new “The Matrix” movie. This fourth installment in the franchise will see stars Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss will reprising their roles as Neo and Trinity. Lana Wachowski, co-creator of the original trilogy, will co-write, direct and produce the film, while being joined by writers Aleksandar Hemon and David Mitchell, as well as producer Grant Hill. Many already know that Fast & Furious 9 is set for release next year, with principal photography currently ongoing around the world. Instagram user “_pw40_” was fortunate enough to be in Tbilisi, the capital city of Georgia, where main production is happening and spotted several orange 2020 Toyota Supras being used for stunts and what not. This could mean a return of Brian O’Conner or just used as a tribute to his MkIV Supra used in the first film. Read more for two videos, additional pictures and information.
Dutch inventor and computer technician Bjorn Harms fell in love with the DeLorean DMC-12 when he watched the Back to the Future films as a youngster. So, when he came across the perfect project vehicle, he decided to snatch it up and six months transforming it into a life-sized, remote-controlled version of the one found in the movie. It wasn’t an easy task to say the least, since he had to first replace the robotic servos under the dashboard – the one that control the break, throttle and steering. Regal Cinemas has taken the wraps off its monthly subscription plan, set to compete with AMC A-List and Moviepass. Plans range from $18 to $23.50 per month with a 12-month commitment, and you can view as many movies as they want on a standard format screen. Larger cities, like Los Angeles and New York, require you to sign up for the Unlimited All Access ($23.50) plan, but includes premium theaters, like L.A. Live and Manhattan’s Union Square multiplex. There have been rumors of Back to the Future being rebooted some time in the future, and if that happens, the 2020 Tesla Roadster SpaceX Edition would be a perfect time travel vehicle, or so automotive designer Charlie Nghiem. Just the base trim of the new Tesla Roadster has a top speed of over 250 mph, a 0-60 mph time of 1.9 seconds, a quarter-mile time of 8.9 seconds, all powered by a 200 kWh battery pack that provides 620 miles of range, and 10,000 Nm of torque from its 3 electric motors. Keanu Reeves has been all over the place in 2019, whether it be as John Wick or Duke Caboom in Toy Story 4, but one place you probably didn’t expect to see him is in an NES game. The latter has been made a reality by fan MuriloDev and the game uploaded to itch.io as a free download. The game may not be the longest you’ve ever played, but it does take you through a few familiar scenes from the movie and is very difficult, similar to similar NES games of the time. Paramount Pictures debuted the first Top Gun: Maverick trailer at San Diego Comic Con today and Tom Cruise will once again be flying high on the big screen. This movie takes place 34 years after the original film, and Maverick is the new flight instructor of the Top Gun school, guiding Goose’s son to become a pilot. The actor made a surprise visit to the convention on Thursday to promote the upcoming sequel during the Terminator: Dark Fate panel and said: “I felt it was my responsibility to deliver for you.” Read more for the trailer and additional information.

LEGO fans rejoice! There were several special-edition DeLorean cars produced over the years, and the car is most notably featured as the time machine in the Back to the Future film trilogy. A total of six DeLorean chassis were used during the production, along with one manufactured out of fiberglass for scenes where a full-size DeLorean was needed to “fly” on-screen. Dave Slater decided to pay tribute by building a miniature replica using LEGO parts, complete with a tiny flux capacitor. Read more for additional pictures and information.
