Scientists from the Scripps Institution of Oceanography at UC San Diego have discovered a new Antarctic feather star species with 20 arms and a strawberry-shaped body. Unlike other invertebrate ocean animals, feather stars stand out for their ‘large’ size and alien-like appearance’ when swimming.
The new HondaJet Elite II made its public debut at the 2023 European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva, Switzerland after successfully completing a transatlantic flight. It’s touted as being the the fastest, farthest and highest-flying plane in its class, with a range of up to 1,547 nautical miles.

Let’s face it, sleeping while standing isn’t the most comfortable thing, but this pod attempts to make it slightly more comfortable with padding for your head, rear, shins and even the soles of your feet.

Red Bull athlete and 3-time Slackline World Chaampion Jaan Roose recently set a new world record by successfully walking the longest LED ‘Sparkline’ walk on Qatar’s Katara Towers. This feat was completed while hovering at a height of 195 meters (639.7 feet) as he balanced on the 150 meter (492.2 feet) line between night and dawn while dealing with gusty wind conditions.
