That’s right, the Xbox 360 tilt controller we covered a while back is now up for sale on eBay. Just to recap, a modder added an accelerometer to his Xbox 360 controller, enabling players to control one of the analog sticks with a simple tilting motion. I installed a switch in the top port of the controller that allows you to switch between using the tilt of the controller and the left analog stick for input. That way this can act as a standard controller or a tilt controller

Commodore International introduced the machine to the market in 1985, after having bought Amiga Corp. The machine sported a custom chipset with advanced graphics and sound capabilities, and a sophisticated pre-emptive multitasking operating system, now known as AmigaOS

It’s called “Robo Coaster”, and features a large robotic arm, with double chairs at the end. When you get in, you tell the operator just how crazy you want your ride to be. He then dials it in, and the flailing begins. Anything from old-people-sedate to brain rattling. A two minute ride costs 15 Dirhams, which is about $3.5US

Since this is a new approach to DJing, the techniques are in its infant stage. Right now it is limited to mapping buttons on the Wiimote to control buttons on the software, but in the future the motion sensing might be able to play a part of it as well.
