ACM-R5 Amphibious Snake-Like Robot

Powered by a lithium-ion battery, the ACM-R5 is a radio-controlled amphibious robot designed to move like its real world counterpart. It can slither or swim underwater for 30 minutes on a full charge. Inside, you'll find an intricate sensor system (attitude/torque), small-sized camera, and a 32bit micro controller. 30 minute battery life will give way to rechargeable batts. or ones that are cabpable of lasting several days. The US already has they're eyes on it. Yo Joe!

I currently do not have sound on my computer, but, judging soley from the video, this moves just like its realworld counterpart. Servos move back and forth, in sync with each other, to produce a force wich would propel the machine forward, left, right, up, down, and back. Very impressive.

This thing is fantastic. I wonder how much this would cost to mass produce? Even a remote control version used to terrorize people in the pool would be great!
