Japan-based Bluedot has just announced the BTV-400K, a 4-inch portable TV. This device boasts an integrated 1Seg TV tuner, USB connectivity, and up to 10-hours continuous playback. It measures just 70 x 126 x 11mm and will be released next February, priced at $253. One more picture (side profile) after the jump.
