According to the seller, "this is an EXTREMELY RARE *officially licensed* ocarina that was obtained back in 1998 through a magazine mail-order which was available ONLY in Japan." Auction page. They only made 1,000 of these and they sold out almost immediately! Ocarina is fully functional and can be played just like the one in the game. It also includes a user manual with sheet music for a handful of songs from the game.[via eBay]
