Overview

Not your average building, this one is covered in thousands of translucent plastic squares that move with the wind to produce a faux digital cloud effect, which appears to envelope the structure. Adding to the effect is the aluminum frame, in which the articulated skin is supported by to trick bystanders into thinking the clouds are actually floating.
