Feature: Hugarian Engineers Build Jet-Turbine Fire Extinguisher (Video)

A group of Hungarian engineers have built the world's most powerful fire extinguisher, equipped with two Mig-21 jet turbines. Basically, the water is injected through the exhaust, throttled up, and used to extinguish fires. Video after the break. Click here for first picture in gallery.

this only used To Extinguish oil pipeline fires and oil drilling Fires.

And they used it after the 2nd Gulf War in Kuwait, 15 years ago. Maybe not this exact machine, but a jet turbine powered one, just like this one. Made this Red Adair guy simply look stupid :D
