How it's Made: Fluorescent Tube

If you've always wondered how fluorescent tubes were made, then check out this interesting "How it's Made" segment. Video after the jump.
A fluorescent lamp is a gas-discharge lamp that uses electricity to excite mercury vapor in argon or neon gas, resulting in a plasma that produces short-wave ultraviolet light. This light then causes a phosphor to fluoresce, producing visible light

Como se hacen los fluorescentes Un vídeo y enlace a la wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fluorescent_lamp) del proceso de fabricación de esos tubitos largos que tenemos en la mayoría de techos actualmente y que dan luz a nuestro entorno.
