Thanks to upgraded technology and outsourced software, South Korea has developed a Humanoid Robot RX that can run at 500 meters an hour (0.31 mph). In comparison, Sony's ASIMO leaves it in the dust with a running speed of 3km (1.86 mph) an hour. It does however, offer voice and facial recognition technology.
"This robot is built up with modulated blocks, which means it can be transformed easily to other types because it is made like Lego building blocks,’’ Robotis chief executive Kim Byoung-soo said
