Benjamin Eriksson and Mattias Pierre have managed to port the original Doom game on to the iPod Nano. It needs iPodLinux to run, and will work on all first - third generation iPod's including the Mini/Nano/Photo. The only downside is that installing iPodLinux will void your warranty, but being able to enjoy this classic shooter on your iPod is probably worth it.
"The two porters are Benjamin Eriksson, also known as Hyarion, and Mattias Pierre, somtimes known as Jobbe. Both of them are studying on the Master of Science Programme in Computer Engineering at Umeå University in Sweden."
