Incredible LEGO Mindstorms NXT Crossbow

If Robin Hood had a LEGO Mindstorms NXT set, this is what he would build -- or so we'd like to think. This incredible full-sized crossbow is capable of shooting large rubber bands. Video after the jump.

I built the crossbow as part of a Ball launching challenge. It managed about 30ft, which wasn't enough to win. There are more pictures and videos over on my website, www.motocube.com
