New York City, especially in Manhattan, is known for outrageously expensive, yet awkwardly small apartments. However, in the right hands, even the smallest of spaces can become amazing homes, or at least in the hands of Specht Harpman Architects. These guys recently transformed a 425-square-foot loft on the Upper West Side, atop a six-story brownstone, into someone you have to see to believe.
