Sony Ericsson K620i

The K620i is Sony Ericsson's latest multimedia phone, featuring a 1.9-inch QCIF+ display, 3.2-megapixel camera, 100MB of internal memory, an M2 card slot, Bluetooth, a music player, and USB 2.0 connectivity. Pricing and availability have not yet been announced.

Just 17mm thick and weighing 92 grams, the K620i is the size and weight of a typical 2G stick phone and will be one of the smallest and lightest 3G phones to come on the market
