(Video) Japanese Researchers Develop Creepiest Robot Ever

Japanese researchers have developed what could quite possibly be the world's creepiest robot. Continue reading for a news segment.
The robot has intelligence of a baby(age:1-2) and the senses of sight, hearing, touch. The scientists group plan to develop the robot to an intellectual level of 3 years old child four years later
