(Video) Make a Mini Hovercraft

this is actually pretty cool for something thats easy to do, other than dry ice bombs.

Ok I got my CD, balloon, and waterbottle top... Wait a second! I NEED GLUE?!?! that wasn't in the discription... I need to rethink this whole idea now. ^jokes
