Technically speaking, carbon fiber is basically an extremely strong and light fiber-reinforced polymer. It's most often epoxy, but other polymers, such as polyester, vinyl ester or nylon, are sometimes used. Continue reading to see what happens when you dip your hand into carbon fiber film.
