For the seventh straight year, All-Pro wide receiver Andre Johnson of the Houston Texans played the role of Santa to a group of at-risk children from the city. He invited 12 children from children’s protective services to bring their siblings to Toys “R” Us, where they’d have approximately 80-seconds to fill their shopping carts with anything their heart desires. To sweeten the pot, Andre also threw in a gaming console and two games to each of the kids. When the toys finally hit the registers, Johnson footed the $17,352 bill. Continue reading for more.
