There’s bad parenting, and then there is Ardi Rizal, a 2-year-old toddler that smokes up to 40 cigarettes per day. His father gave him a cigarette at 18-months, and “now he weighs 4st [56-pounds] and trundles round on a toy truck blowing smoke rings – too unfit to run with other kids.” Video after the break.
Ardi will smoke only one brand and his habit costs his parents $5.47 a day in Musi Banyuasin, Indonesia. Officials have offered to buy the family a car if he quits.
