A company claims to have invented glow-in-the-dark ice cream using synthesized protein from jellyfish. According to Charlie Francis, founder of the company called Lick Me I’m Delicious, “It’s glow-in-the-dark jellyfish ice cream using calcium activated proteins that react when they are agitated, or to put it a non sciencey way, it glows when you lick it.” One caveat: each scoop will cost you £140 ($226 USD).
