Rivian has created a one-off R1S Miami Edition, an electric SUV that’s turning heads with its bold design and nod to the 80s. This special vehicle marks the grand opening of Rivian’s new 4,000 sqft space in Miami’s Mary Brickell Village, their second location in the area.
The SUV is white on the outside with black side trim. Blue and teal stripes on the sides provide a dramatic effect, while the pink tow hooks and teal front bumper draw inspiration from Miami’s past. This colorway has been described as both modern and nostalgic, giving the impression that it belongs beside the water.

With pink accents on the headrests and seats covered in Ocean Coast fabric for a splash of color, the inside is equally intriguing. The teal bordered floor mats with a blue and white design tie in the inside and outside themes. Rivian hasn’t revealed all the details but the overall vibe is that it’s a room that will wow everyone who walks in.
Power comes from three electric motors putting out 850 horsepower. This setup gets the R1S Miami Edition from 0-60 in under 2.9 seconds and up to 371 miles on a single charge. It’s a car that’s striking and performancey and every drive is memorable, especially on Miami’s palm tree lined streets.
This one-off is a celebration of community and creativity rather than merely a display. This R1S is a promise of what can be achieved when design and innovation are combined as Rivian opens its doors in Brickell Village.
