The new live-action Street Fighter film hits theaters on October 16, 2026, and fans are already expecting a world of difference from the sprite madness of the original arcade games. Meanwhile, a person named Moon Biscuit has been quietly working on something a little more in the vein of the old arcade games: a series of videos created using AI models that simulate showing us the behind-the-scenes action of a Street Fighter 2 live-action film.
Moon Biscuit has a YouTube channel dedicated to cinema, AI oddities, and music, and this particular bet has been divided into several individual shorts. Each one depicts behind-the-scenes footage from a big-budget Street Fighter 2 film (sometimes billed as Super Street Fighter II Turbo, a reference to the extra characters in the sequel).
- Officially Licensed: This is an officially licensed Street Fighter II CE title, ensuring an authentic gaming experience. Features the classic arcade...
- Co/vs technology allows for head-to-head play by linking two devices (co/vs cable included)
- Joystick and action buttons use mechanical switches for added accuracy and classic feel
Viewers are put into what appears to be a genuine film set, where actors dressed as Ryu, Ken, and Chun-Li roam around and can be seen having normal, everyday moments, making the larger-than-life combatants appear much more accessible. Chun-Li creeps up on a sleeping Guile and laughs before fleeing, Ken is practicing his Hadouken moves in the middle of the Las Vegas strip, and Akuma, Master of the Fist, is simply standing around eating ramen for lunch.

We also see Cammy sitting on stage staring at a screenplay wearing glasses, Blanka sits down in front of an original SF2 arcade machine despite still being in full body green paint, Dhalsim toasts marshmallows on a flame for E. Honda, and Vega removes his mask while leaning on a chain-link fence.
