In addition to an M.2 2230 slot for an SSD, XPG Nia is currently the first handheld PC that uses LPCAMM2 LPDDR5X memory modules, the recently introduced removable DRAM standard.
What you’re looking at here, as seen at Computex 2024, is just a 1.54-pound prototype with a 3D-printed chassis. We still don’t know if it will boast an AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme, Ryzen 7 7840U or Ryzen 7 8840U processor, but it does appear to have a USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, four rear buttons, and a front-facing webcam featuring eye-tracking functionality. There’s no word yet on availability, although there are rumors that it will be priced between $500 – $600 USD.
