AHRLAC may appear to be some type of drone at first, but it’s actually a “High Performance Reconnaissance and Light Attack Aircraft” by South Africa’s Paramount Group.
This high-wing aircraft, capable of achieving 310mph, features stadium seating for the pilot and sensor operator. This plane can will be strapped weapons and use Boeing’s mission systems during combat, which enables it to respond to low-intensity conflicts. Let’s just say that a drone might be the safer way to attack targets during a conflict rather than this aircraft. However, the cost of a weaponized drone capable of such destruction may cost more than AHRLAC.
