Haier’s Asu Smartwatch may be bulky, but for a good reason. At the push of a button, information can be projected at 480×854-pixel resolution directly onto your wrist, thanks to a built-in Pico Projector. For now, it can project the digits you’re typing when you enter a phone number, the numberof steps you’ve taken with the integrated fitness tracker, and even a temporary light-based tattoo.
The Asu smartwatch boasts 1 gigabyte of memory inside and it’s powered by a 1.2GHz processor. Other features include a heart-rate sensor, GPS, 4G LTE connectivity and a gyroscope. Plus, the smartwatch has an IP65 rating, making it resistant to dust and spurts of water from a low-pressure nozzle.
