Boston Dynamics’ Atlas 2.0 humanoid robot is so far ahead of Tesla’s Optimus that Elon Musk should just acquire the former and roll their technology into his own.



Atlas observes its surroundings with depth sensors to generate point clouds of the environment, thus enabling it to work hands-on fully autonomously. It also uses the robot’s dynamics to predict how its motion will evolve over time and then adjust accordingly in real-time.
