For Chase customers trying to access their online banking account and wondering why they haven’t been able to log-in for the past 24-hours, company spokesman Tom Kelly says: “We are currently working on restoring access”. This glitch has unfortunately prevented many from paying bills and/or transferring funds in a timely manner, should they not be able to visit a local branch.

Chase officials said an unspecified technical issue brought down the bank’s online banking system at some point in the night and they do not have a timeframe as to when customers will be able to access their accounts.
