The Defusable Bomb Alarm Clock may be something you’d want to leave at home, but it’s still a fully-functional alarm clock with a beeping alarm, snooze alarm, etc. Once the red button is pushed, a countdown sequence begins, just like something you’d see in Hollywood movies. The wires are attached with screw terminals, so they can be easily replaced, or if you don’t want to actually cut the wires, simply pull them out of the terminals.
There are a total of four wires running across the top of the clock, and you have 10 seconds to choose the correct wire to cut. That’s right, one wire stops the countdown, two have no effect, and one will actually ‘detonate’ the device immediately. Making your life even harder is the fact that the role of each wire is randomly assigned when the detonate button is pressed, so it’s a new challenge every time. You can also choose your own countdown duration if 10 seconds isn’t enough.
