Dreame Technology, the company behind robotic vacuum cleaners and hair dryers, is going big: it’s building an electric hypercar that dares to be like the Bugatti Chiron. Their entry into the automotive world starts with a prototype that will debut at CES 2026 in Las Vegas.

Yu Hao’s goal is clear: create a car that rivals Bugatti and be the world’s fastest electric car by 2027. A horseshoe grille dominates the front, a nod to Bugatti’s style, while the curved roofline and C-shaped rear pillars mimic the Chiron’s aerodynamics. But Dreame’s car isn’t a two-door supercar; it’s a practical sedan with four upward-swinging doors, two of which are rear-hinged, removing the B-pillar and creating a stunning, open-cabin impression.

Inside, Dreame diverges from its exterior’s Bugatti homage. The cabin is minimalist and tech-heavy, with a large touchscreen that spans the dashboard. Unlike the Chiron’s analog simplicity, the two-spoke steering wheel and a center dashboard full of touch controls look futuristic. While Bugatti’s interior is handcrafted elegance, Dreame’s interior is a high-tech cockpit, focusing on “AI-driven design” for a more engaging user experience.

The powertrain will be two-fold: pure electric and range-extender hybrid. Details are scarce—Dreame hasn’t released specs like horsepower, range or top speed—but the company claims to be building the “world’s fastest” EV. Production is scheduled for 2027 at a new factory near Tesla’s Gigafactory in Berlin, which is a smart move to tap into Germany’s automotive supply chain.
