Robotic Table Tetris
Here’s a first: a custom-built robotic table that plays Tetris. You use a gamepad-like controller to navigate the mechanical arm, which moves and rotates the blocks. Unfortunately, the line clearing function hasn’t been programmed in yet.
Created by engineer Lars Pontoppidan, this version of Tetris utilizes an AtMega32 micro-controller to control the oscilloscope’s beam, recreating the gameplay of the legendary game. Basically, the game is just a Tetris marathon with the speed gradually increasing. The player’s score is simply the number of cleared lines.
