The smartwatch is now also IP68 certified, which means it is water resistant in fresh water up to a maximum depth of 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) for up to 30-minutes as well as offering dust protection. Ultra-wideband (UWB) technology allows Pixel Watch 2 to be used as a device tracker, a Digital Car Key, as well as seamless media playback transfer to a docked Pixel Tablet.
