At just 2.9-pounds, the HiPAD II manages to pack dual OS’s (Windows XP Tablet PC Edition and Windows CE 5.0), a 10.4-inch touch screen display, an AMD Geode LX-800 processor, 256MB of RAM, 20GB HDD, Wi-Fi, DMB, and HSDPA support. External interfaces include CF and PCMIA slots. No word yet on pricing and availability.

The Win CE mode seems mainly aimed at quick access to media and navigation functions, but XP is always waiting in the wings if you need to do something silly like be productive
