Here’s a first look at Hugh Jackman as Wolverine wearing what appears to be a classic blue and yellow X-Men suit. This movie is being directed by Shawn Levy and stars Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool), Jennifer Garner (Elektra), Morena Baccarin (Vanessa), Brianna Hildebrand (Negasonic Teenage Warhead), as well as Shioli Kutsuna (Yukio).
This installment integrates Deadpool with the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is expected to retain the R-rating of the previous films. Principal photography is going on currently in London and at Pinewood Studios under the codename ‘Tidal Wave’. Other characters reprising their roles include Karan Soni as Dopinder and Stefan Kapičić as the voice of Colossus, a member of the X-Men capable of transforming his entire body into organic steel. It’s scheduled to hit theaters on May 3, 2024 in the United States as part of the MCU Phase Five plan.
