Officially unveiled at IFA 2017, the Japan-built Aspark Owl hypercar boasts a carbon fiber body and more importantly, an all-electric powertrain that generates a combined 1,000 hp, good for a 0-62 mph sprint in less than 2 seconds. There’s no word yet on just how many will be produced, nor the starting price point, but expect at least a high 6-figure price tag. “The Frankfurt show car looks far more complete than the bare carbon example presented online last week and has a silver paint scheme as well as a fully-fitted cream-colored interior. It is reported that development of the Owl has been ongoing since 2014 and that details about the company’s production plans will be announced in the coming weeks,” reports Car Scoops.
