Rogue One fans rejoice! The LEGO Star Wars K-2SO Security Droid (75434) set was revealed at Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025 in Tokyo, which kicked off on April 18, 2025. It’s a buildable display model with 845 pieces, retailing for $89.99 USD. The set stands over 16-inches-tall when built and features a posable head and arms, letting you recreate K-2SO’s iconic snarky poses.

Unlike the 2016 set, this one has articulated fingers and a rotating head with a smoother range of motion, thanks to ball-joint systems. Plus, an included minifigure of K-2SO has a unique tampo-printed back with binary code. Fans decoded it to spell “CASSIAN,” a tribute to K-2SO’s loyalty to Cassian Andor.

The set’s designer, Peter Carmichael, said he wanted to capture K-2SO’s battle-worn look, with a shiny yet scarred aesthetic reflecting his Imperial-to-Rebel journey. Actor Alan Tudyk, who voices K-2SO, gushed about the set’s shine and how it ties into Andor Season 2’s story of the droid’s scars. Available August 1st, 2025, with pre-orders now available direct from LEGO.

At Star Wars Celebration Japan, LEGO also unveiled a life-sized 1:1 K-2SO build on the show floor, alongside its miniature counterpart. This massive droid stands 8.2-feet-tall, weighs 233 pounds, and is made of 50,067 LEGO bricks. It took 182 hours to construct and is a photo-op highlight for attendees
