TabletPCReview managed to get their hands on the Lenovo X60, which we covered yesterday. This particular system boasts an Intel Core Duo L2400 (1.66GHz) processor, 1GB of DDR2-667 memory, 100GB 7200rpm SATA HDD, and a 12.1-inch XGA display. External interfaces include three USB 2.0-ports, a FireWire port, 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN, and Verizon EVDO. Here’s the bottom line:

The battery life is as good as it can be. And best of all the performance with the Core Duo and 2.5″ 7200RPM hard drive is vastly improved over the X41t. Pricing starts at around $1,700 initially on the X60t, this will be pricey for some, but for business users this could be a formidable tool and if you’re off to college for 4 years maybe you could justify the cost if you think of it as an investment in your ability to perform better in school and be more efficient
