Sony has just unveiled a limited edition Astro Bot DualSense Wireless Controller. It features Astro’s signature blue accents on the handles as well as buttons, carved-in lines, along with the trademark playful pair of eyes on the touch pad.
When using this controller to play the new Astro Bot game, players will be able to feel the surfaces that the character runs and slides on, from grass, sand, metal to more squishy textures or water. The adaptive triggers have been combined with haptic feedback and tied to Astro’s new powers, including the bulldog Jetpack thruster rattling against your finger in sync with the animation. Available September 6, priced at $79.99.
