Making its debut at Mobile World Congress 2024, the OnePlus Watch 2 builds upon its predecessor, starting with the latest version of Wear OS by Google (Wear OS 4) as well as a unique Dual-Engine Architecture with two chipsets.
The Dual-Engine Architecture consists of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon W5 performance chipset and the BES 2700 MCU Efficiency chipset, with the latter running RTOS to handle background activity as well as simple tasks. When this is combined with its 500mAh battery, the OnePlus Watch 2 provides up to 100 hours of regular use in Smart Mode, or up to 48 hours with heavy use. Aesthetically, the smartwatch sports a 2.5D sapphire crystal cover, while the watch chassis is made out of stainless steel for added rust and corrosion resistance. Available March 4th, priced at $299.99 USD.
