What happens when you combine NVIDIA Omniverse and its AI-powered Audio2Face application with Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 5? Realistic digital singing humans of course, or at least in the hands of Anderson Rohr, a 3D artist and freelance video editor from southern Brazil. To create a slightly creepy lip-sync cover of “Bad Moon Rising,” Rohr used his own voice and an NVIDIA Studio system with a GeForce RTX 3090 GPU.

The original commuter version boasts a 9-passenger capacity, while this new design seats 6 passengers with wider seats, allowing each to peer out large 16.5-inch-wide windows. That’s not all, the company also unveiled a cargo configuration that sports a temperature-controlled cargo compartment of 450 cubic feet in volume. Australia-based Cortical Labs utilized thousands of human brain cells grown atop of arrays of microelectrodes, or in other words, a biotechnological hybrid called ‘DishBrain’, to play a single-player version of the classic arcade game ‘Pong’. The researchers then compared the speed at which the mini-brain picked up the skill with that of artificial intelligence (AI).

If so, then you’re in luck, as NASA / JPL’s Juno mission collected enough data to generate a 50-second audio track during the spacecraft’s close flyby of Ganymede on June 7, 2021. During its closest approach, it was within 645 miles of the moon’s surface and traveling at a relative velocity of 41,600 mph.
